On completion of the construction phase and successful commissioning of the Cheal Development project, Horizon successfully secured the management contracts for the long term operations and maintenance of the Cheal Production Station and associated well sites, as well as the pipeline operations and easement management contract for the interconnecting pipelines.
We have also been responsible for the development of operating procedures for the completed site and have created and continue to develop an effective document management system for the maintenance, management and reporting functions required in relation to the operational production station.
Horizon training, easement management / maintenance systems and operating procedures are audited annually by statutory body.
